I bet I'm not the only one that after browsing porn/lewd sites, watching some videos, maybe short format, maybe porn or just suggestive instagram reels, and then going to lay down in bed, the head gets inundated with images of other people, not necessarily the people just viewed on the videos, random people, like watching me, inspecting me.
It's actually an interesting effect, it feels like I'm being watched but I can also watch their faces, and the expression they do as they watch me. The visions only last like 1-2 seconds per person, and around ~5 people per night. So it's short, but this raises questions for me.
1) What triggers this? Could it be that the video files themselves contains lots of hidden information and it installs or unlocks something in my brain?
2) Could it be a consent system? I watched your videos so now you get the right to view me for a while?
3) Can this be forced in some other way to re-live these experiences, maybe in a more potent way?
Anybody else experiencing this?
In the past I've had other similar experiences, maybe not related to watching media, I remember suddenly seeing in my mind a face looking at me, very clearly, a person I've never seen before, very potent.
